Warranty and repair policy Updated March 16, 2005
EA-140 loudspeakers are backed by one (2) years limited warranty. Should there be any problem during that period the product will be repaired or faulty part replaced free of charge. Most problems can be fixed locally without sending back complete speakers. That includes for example replacement of a damaged speaker element by a new one.
For any repair, replacement or spare parts please contact Euro Acoustics Oy Ltd for help via e-mail or fax. Spare parts can usually be provided quickly even to remote locations.
At the request of the customer the product can be returned to manufacturer for repair but we expect customer to cover all shipping expenses in that case.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damages due to any kind of abuse like loudspeaker elements burned or torn by excessive power
- Any damages during transport (will be covered by insurance)
- Any damage resulting from abnormal environment conditions like temperature or humidity
- Natural wear and aging of the product
The loudspeakers are intended for indoor use only in dry places and normal room temperatures.
